JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Part-Time Specialist to handle client communications across all types of insurance (Auto, Home, Life, Health, Commercial). You will be managing inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, text, and email, while keeping our records and intake forms up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via phone calls, SMS texts, and emails in a timely, professional manner.

Assist policyholders with accurately filling out applications, intake forms, and claim paperwork.

Manage documentation and database updates for multiple insurance lines from your home office.

Provide fast, friendly administrative support to help process policy updates and renewals.

Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet, a laptop/computer, and a quiet home office setup.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across digital tools (email, text, softphone apps).

High attention to detail when collecting and filing client information.
