JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary

The Account Support Specialist supports existing Surgically Clean Air customers with consumables reorders. This is a customer support and account maintenance role, not a sales role.

The specialist calls existing accounts on a replacement schedule, confirms which unit the customer owns, identifies the correct filters for that unit, and places the reorder in HubSpot. The position carries no quota and no commission.

Core Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding upcoming filter replacements

Identify which SCA unit a customer owns, including current and legacy models, and determine which consumables that unit takes

Place reorders in HubSpot — create the deal, build the quote, and follow the order entry SOP

Maintain accurate company, contact, and deal records in HubSpot

Follow up on open quotes and unreturned calls

Escalate anything outside the reorder scope to the manager

Out of Scope

The following are explicitly not part of this role:

Upselling, cross-selling, or recommending products

Objection handling or negotiation

Prospecting or new business development

Pricing decisions or discount authority

Working a sales opportunity — any genuine opportunity is handed to the manager

Requirements

Fluent, clear spoken and written English — this is a phone-heavy role serving North American customers

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily

Strong attention to detail; the role depends on matching the correct part number to the correct account

CRM experience preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus, training is provided

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Available to work North American business hours

Structure and Compensation

Employment type: Full-time, salaried (can increase in 90 days depending on performance.)

Commission: None. Eligible for a flat monthly bonus based on revenue generated.

Reports to: Josh Click and Charlie Hou

Location: Remote, Philippines-based

Hours: North American business hours

Full product knowledge and system training is provided before the specialist takes live customer calls.
