We're excited to invite you to apply for an opportunity with our fast-growing proprietary trading firm.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Confident and Results-driven Sales Representative.

In this role, you will communicate with prospective traders, understand their needs, explain our trading challenges and funded account programs, and guide them toward the option that best fits their trading goals.

Previous experience in Sales, Forex, CFD’s, Futures, Financial Services, or Proprietary Trading is highly preferred.

Role Details:
• Location: Remote
• Type: Full-time (Flexible hours, including possible weekends)
• Rate: $4 - $5 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective traders through chat, email, calls, and other communication channels.
• Explain our prop firm's trading challenges, account options, rules, pricing, and benefits clearly and accurately.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify each prospect's needs and recommend the most suitable account or program.
• Handle common objections related to pricing, trading rules, payouts, and account conditions.
• Build trust with potential clients without making unrealistic promises or guarantees.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and other departments when necessary.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in Sales, Business development, or Client acquisition.
• Strong written and Spoken English.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with traders through calls and live chat.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Target-driven while maintaining a professional customer experience.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, live chat, or sales management tools is an advantage.

Trading Knowledge:
Candidates with knowledge of the following will have a strong advantage:

• Proprietary Trading firms and funded trading accounts
• Forex and CFD trading
• Trading challenges/evaluations
• Drawdown and risk-management rules
• Trading platforms such MT5, TradeLocker, or cTrader
• Profit splits and payout structures
• Basic trading terminology, including lots, leverage, spreads, pips, and stop losses
