eCommerce Virtual Assistant

We're expanding our remote team and looking for a dependable, driven, and detail-oriented eCommerce Virtual Assistant who is interested in building a long-term career with us.

We're a Philippines-based agency managing multiple eCommerce brands for clients around the world. This position is ideal for someone who is serious about their work, learns quickly, takes ownership, and wants to develop valuable skills in the digital eCommerce industry.

This is not a slow-paced or passive VA position. We manage several client accounts, so your workload may vary from day to day. Some days may involve multiple tasks, urgent changes, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.

We're looking for someone who can remain organized, follow processes accurately, work efficiently under pressure, and consistently deliver quality work—even during busy periods.

About the Position
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Graveyard shift, Philippine time
Work Days: Monday–Friday
Weekends: Off
Employment Type: Full-time, long-term
Occasional overtime may be required when urgent client requests, important deadlines, or time-sensitive updates come up. This will not be an everyday requirement, but flexibility is important in a fast-moving eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
You will help manage the day-to-day operations of multiple eCommerce brands.

Your responsibilities may include:

Managing and maintaining Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon stores
Creating, editing, and improving product listings
Conducting product, competitor, and market research
Assisting with customer service and order processing
Performing website updates and general administrative tasks
Supporting marketing and content-related activities
Creating basic graphics and marketing visuals using Canva
Making simple website layout and design improvements
Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve productivity and accuracy
Following company systems, SOPs, checklists, and instructions
Managing multiple tasks across different client accounts
Responding promptly to task updates and requests during working hours
Keeping tasks organized and on schedule during high-volume periods
As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, you'll gradually be given more responsibility, including the opportunity to manage client accounts with greater independence and take on higher-value projects.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who:

Can be fully available throughout the assigned working hours
Does not have another job, client, business, or personal commitment that could interfere with their availability, focus, schedule, or performance
Nice-to-Have Skills
These are helpful but not mandatory:

Shopify experience
Canva or basic graphic design experience
An eye for clean layouts, spacing, and visual presentation
Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools
Basic video editing skills using CapCut
Previous experience in virtual assistance, eCommerce, customer service, or administration
Experience is not everything.

We value discipline, attitude, consistency, honesty, and reliability more than simply having years of experience. Technical skills can be trained, but we expect the right mindset and commitment from the beginning.

Compensation & Career Growth
Monthly Salary: ₱25,000–₱30,000
Monthly Performance Bonus: ₱5,000–₱8,000
