We are looking for a motivated and highly analytical Junior Accountant who is eager to build a long-term
career in US accounting. This position is ideal for a recent Philippine CPA board passer or an early-career
accountant with a strong academic foundation and a passion for continuous learning.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work. They
should be able to learn new accounting software and processes quickly, take ownership of assigned
tasks, communicate effectively, and consistently go the extra mile to support both clients and the
accounting team.
This role provides hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, month-end close, financial reporting, and cloud
accounting technologies while working closely with senior accountants and managers.
Preferred Qualifications
Philippine CPA license preferred (recent board passers are highly encouraged to apply)
0–2 years of accounting experience
Strong academic background in Accounting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new accounting software and processes
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Highly organized and able to manage multiple assignments
Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of assigned deliverables
Positive attitude with a willingness to continuously learn and improve
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts for multiple clients.
Record and classify financial transactions.
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end close procedures.
Prepare supporting schedules and working papers.
Help maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Identify discrepancies and escalate unusual accounting issues when appropriate.
Maintain organized accounting documentation.
Learn and apply US accounting best practices and firm procedures.
Support senior accountants and managers on client engagements.
Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Technical Skills
Solid foundation of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data cleanup)
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is an advantage
Willingness to learn cloud-based accounting applications and integrated business software

Shift: Split Shift (Philippine Time)
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
PTO: 22 days annually, accrued monthly, which include holidays and sick days
