JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for multiple people to join our team working on ongoing Shopify projects. This role combines website copy with the back-end setup of Shopify stores.

Our developers build the store design. Your job starts once the design is finished, and takes the store from there to launch-ready.

On the copy side, this varies by project. On some stores you will be writing the on-theme copy from scratch to the client brief. On others our developers will have written a first pass, and your job is to review it, fix it and bring it up to standard. Either way, the finished copy on the theme is your responsibility. This is website and theme copy, not product description work.

The other part of the role is the store setup itself: settings, apps, pages, markets and shipping. This is checklist-driven work. We have recorded step-by-step video training covering every part of the process, so you will know exactly what to do and how we want it done. What we need is someone who follows those steps precisely, every single time, without needing to be chased or corrected.

What you will be doing:

* Writing on-theme website copy to the client brief, or reviewing and fixing copy already drafted by our developers
* Configuring Shopify store settings to our standard checklist
* Installing and setting up apps as specified per store
* Creating and uploading policy pages and other store pages
* Setting up markets, shipping zones and rates

What we need from you:

* Excellent written English — able to write clean, natural website copy that matches a brand's voice
* A sharp eye for detail — you should be able to spot a typo, a wrong product name, or a sentence that does not make sense
* Practical hands-on experience inside Shopify admin, not just theory
* The ability to follow written and video instructions exactly
* Willingness to ask before guessing. If something is missing from the brief, we want you to ask. If it is covered in the training videos, we expect you to find it there
* Reliable communication and availability for ongoing work

* Ongoing volume — we build stores continuously and want people who stay long term
* Paid trial store as the first step, so you get paid for the trial regardless of the outcome
