JOB OVERVIEW

Sales & Procurement Coordinator for Danish Curtain Brand
- Quoting and Supplier Ordering

We are looking for an experienced part-time Sales & Procurement Coordinator to support &Drape, a Danish brand creating tailor-made curtains for private and professional spaces.
This is a long-term role with the potential to grow into full-time as the business expands.
You will be responsible for calculating and preparing customer quotes, placing and following up on orders with our suppliers, and working closely with our team in Denmark to ensure a smooth and accurate process from quote to delivery.

Hours: 20 hours per week to start, with the potential for increased hours over time. Availability during parts of the Danish working day is required for team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Calculate detailed and accurate price quotes for customers based on measurements, materials and specifications
• Place and manage orders with our suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Follow up on outstanding orders and proactively flag any delays or issues
• Build a detailed understanding of our products, materials and pricing structure in order to quote confidently and correctly
• Collaborate closely with our team in Denmark to align on customer needs, supplier capacity and project timelines
• Maintain clear and organised records of quotes, orders and supplier communication
• Identify recurring bottlenecks or errors in the quoting and ordering process and suggest improvements
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both suppliers and internal team members

Requirements:
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong numerical skills and comfort working with calculations, pricing and measurements
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling numbers and specifications
• Efficient and able to manage multiple quotes and orders at once without losing accuracy
• Able to take initiative, work independently and be self-sufficient
• Strong collaborator, comfortable working closely with a team based in Denmark
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work consistently during agreed hours, including overlap with Danish working hours
