JOB OVERVIEW

# Experienced E-Commerce Facebook Media Buyer & Creative Editor

**Remote Full-Time Position | $6/hour + Bonuses | Long-Term**

We are growing our e-commerce advertising team and are looking for someone who already has strong hands-on experience with **Meta Ads and e-commerce ad creatives.**

The ideal candidate can take a product and handle the advertising process from start to finish:

**Research → Create Ads → Launch Campaigns → Analyze Results → Improve Performance**

You must be comfortable both inside **Meta Ads Manager** and inside video editing software.

This is an important requirement.

We do not want a Media Buyer who depends on another person for every creative, and we do not want a video editor who does not understand advertising performance.

## Your Role

Your main responsibility will be to help us test and scale e-commerce products using Facebook and Instagram Ads.

A large part of your daily work will involve creating new advertising creatives.

You will research:

* Competitor advertisements
* Product demonstrations
* UGC content
* Customer reviews
* Product benefits
* Hooks
* Creative angles
* Existing winning advertisements

You will then turn this material into new e-commerce ads.

This includes:

* Video editing
* Strong opening hooks
* Text overlays
* Subtitles
* Voiceovers
* Product benefits
* Different calls to action
* Different creative angles
* Multiple variations of each ad

You should be able to create ads quickly while still understanding the purpose behind each creative.

Every creative should be designed to improve performance.

## Media Buying

You will personally launch and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

Your daily work may include:

* Launching new product tests
* Launching new creatives
* Monitoring campaign performance
* Comparing creatives
* Identifying winning ads
* Stopping poor performers
* Optimizing campaigns
* Scaling successful campaigns
* Testing new angles
* Testing new offers
* Managing multiple products and stores

You should be able to work independently without needing instructions for every small campaign decision.

## Understanding KPIs

We place a lot of importance on KPI knowledge.

You must understand:

* CPA
* ROAS
* CTR
* CPC
* CPM
* Conversion Rate
* AOV
* Frequency
* Break-Even CPA
* Break-Even ROAS

More importantly, you should understand **what these numbers mean together.**

You should be able to recognize situations such as:

A low CTR may indicate a weak creative or hook.

A good CTR with poor sales may indicate a problem with the offer, product page, or conversion rate.

A high CPM does not automatically mean an ad is bad if the CPA and profitability are still strong.

A winning creative should lead to new variations, hooks, and angles being tested.

We are looking for someone who thinks this way naturally.

## Creative Skills

You should be comfortable creating ads yourself using tools such as:

* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Canva
* After Effects
* Other similar editing software

You should have a good understanding of **direct-response e-commerce advertising**, not only traditional video editing.

Your job is not to make cinematic videos.

Your job is to make videos that **sell products.**

## Additional Tasks

A smaller part of the role may involve adjusting landing pages or product pages.

We will usually provide existing templates or examples.

You may occasionally:

* Change images and videos
* Update product text
* Change prices or offers
* Check links and buttons
* Make simple page adjustments
* Check mobile and desktop layouts

Advanced web development is not required.

Basic Shopify, Wix, or similar experience is enough.

## Who We Are Looking For

You should already have:

* E-commerce Facebook Ads experience
* Physical product advertising experience
* Meta Ads Manager experience
* Creative testing experience
* Video editing experience
* Strong KPI knowledge
* Experience analyzing campaign performance
* Experience optimizing campaigns
* Experience scaling profitable campaigns
* Strong competitor research skills
* Good English communication
* Good organization and reliability

Experience with **lead generation only is not enough for this position.**

We specifically want someone who has worked with **e-commerce sales campaigns and understands purchase-focused advertising.**

## Compensation & Growth

* **Starting rate: $6 USD/hour**
* Weekly payments
* Performance bonuses
* Additional commissions possible
* Salary increases based on performance
* Fully remote
* Long-term position

We want someone who can stay with the team long-term.

Strong performers can eventually take on more responsibility, help train junior staff, and move into a Team Lead position.

We value people who can combine:

**Good Creatives + Good Media Buying + Good KPI Decisions**

If you understand all three, this role should be a strong fit.
