JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Central Coordinator to manage our Vendor Central operations.

Responsibilities:
1) Manage daily Amazon Vendor Central activities.
2) Process and monitor purchase orders, confirmations, shipments, shortages, cancellations, and invoices.
3) Track ASNs, routing requests, freight, and delivery compliance.
4) Investigate, dispute, and follow up on chargebacks, shortages, and invoice discrepancies.
5) Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams.
6) Monitor listing, item setup, catalogue, and retail readiness issues.
7) Maintain accurate operational and inventory trackers.
8) Prepare weekly reports on purchase orders, fulfilment performance, chargebacks, and stock.
9) Follow SOPs and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:
1) At least 2 years of hands-on Amazon Vendor Central experience.
2) Strong knowledge of purchase orders, ASNs, routing, shortages, chargebacks, and invoicing.
3) Experience coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, or freight partners.
4) Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
5) Good written English and communication skills.
6) Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines independently.
7) Experience with North American Amazon marketplaces is preferred.
