Build our Amazon recovery service from the ground up

You know where money gets lost inside Amazon.

You know how to find it, prove it and recover it. You understand Seller Central reimbursements and Vendor Central disputes from practical experience.

Now you want to build the complete operation behind it.

That is the role.

What you will build

Brightways is a marketplace agency from Rotterdam. We help established brands grow on Amazon and bol.
We want to offer Amazon recovery as a service to our clients. The process, knowledge and technology will remain within Brightways.

We are not looking for someone who simply operates an external reimbursement platform. We need someone who understands the data, calculations, evidence and claim logic behind every recovery.

You will design how the service works. This includes account audits, claim validation, case management, payment reconciliation, reporting and quality control.

You will then run the process across Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.

Seller Central

You know how to investigate missed reimbursements, FBA inventory discrepancies, inbound shipments, customer returns, removal orders and incorrect fees.

You can work directly with Amazon reports and account data. You know what evidence Amazon requires and when a claim is valid.

Vendor Central

You can investigate shortages, deductions, chargebacks and payment differences.

You understand purchase orders, invoices, delivery documentation and dispute management. You can follow a discrepancy from the original transaction to the final payment.

Building the service

Your role goes further than recovering individual claims.

You will document the method, define controls and create clear reporting. You will also help integrate recovery into our existing client operations.

Where software can improve speed or accuracy, we want to build it ourselves. You will help translate your recovery knowledge into clear rules and software requirements.

You do not need to be a software developer. Experience with data automation, APIs, SQL or scripting is a strong advantage.

Who we are looking for

You have proven experience with both Seller Central and Vendor Central recovery.
This experience is required. General Amazon experience or experience with only one of the two platforms is not enough.

You can perform an audit without depending on an external recovery provider. You understand why a claim exists, how its value is calculated and which evidence supports it.

You work carefully. You do not submit weak or duplicate claims. Protecting the client account matters as much as recovering revenue.

You also enjoy building something new. When no process exists, you know how to create one.
