JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce company looking for a Meta Ads Launcher / Facebook Ads Assistant to join our team long-term.

We operate multiple DTC e-commerce brands across European markets and launch a high volume of new creatives every week.

This is NOT a Media Buyer position.

You will not be responsible for strategy, scaling, or d ---------- which campaigns to run. Your main responsibility is to take approved creatives, copy, URLs, and instructions from our team and launch them quickly and accurately in Meta Ads Manager.

Your Responsibilities
Create and launch campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager
Upload image and video creatives
Add Primary Text, Headlines, Descriptions, and URLs
Duplicate existing campaigns, ad sets, and ads
Launch new creative tests based on instructions from our team
Follow our campaign structures and naming conventions
Set the correct budgets, countries, placements, pixels/datasets, and conversion events
Add and verify URLs and tracking parameters
Make sure the correct creative, copy, product, funnel, and country are matched
Perform QA before publishing every launch
Keep our campaign/launch tracking organized
Report rejected ads or technical issues immediately
Who We're Looking For

You should already have hands-on experience working inside Meta Ads Manager.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience launching Meta/Facebook ads
Ideally has experience with DTC or e-commerce brands
Understands Campaign → Ad Set → Ad structure
Knows how to create, duplicate, edit, and publish ads efficiently
Is comfortable handling many creatives and campaigns
Has excellent attention to detail
Can follow instructions and SOPs precisely
Works fast without sacrificing accuracy
Communicates clearly in English
Is reliable and available consistently
Is looking for a long-term position

Experience with Shopify, ClickUp, UTMs/tracking, advertorials, and multi-country e-commerce is a plus.

Accuracy Is Extremely Important

We launch ads across different products and countries.

A wrong URL, creative, country, budget, pixel, or campaign setting can cost us money.

We therefore need someone who double-checks their work before publishing and takes responsibility for making sure every launch is correct.

Speed is important, but accuracy comes first.
