Salary Ranges from $800 to $2000/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
Supplier Outreach & Strategic Negotiation: Master global factory communication and manufacturer positioning to identify strong, reliable production partners across multiple regions. Translate brand-specific standards into precise technical requirements to ensure full factory alignment, and flag IP and regulatory risk early for review before it becomes a production liability. Negotiate unit costs and MOQs by weighing regional manufacturing capabilities against target margins, securing a reliable, high-quality path to production that holds up at scale.
Product Innovation & Supply Chain Authority: Build a deep, practical understanding of materials and manufacturing constraints to turn Customer Review sentiment into real, actionable product improvements. Translate competitor pain points into specific manufacturing requirements that give the brand a genuine edge. Own the full transition from generic white-label items to differentiated private-label assets with unique selling propositions (USP) that get ahead of buyer objections before they surface in reviews.
Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) through advanced prompt engineering to scout global manufacturer databases, identify niche production partners, and vet suppliers rigorously against strict product and compliance requirements. Use AI to bridge communication gaps with international factories, draft high-precision RFQs and negotiation correspondence, and synthesize complex bulk pricing spreadsheets via Slack and Google Drive—securing competitive unit costs, reliable lead times, and optimal inventory turnover across every sourcing cycle.
