Senior Salesforce Administrator | Work From Home | Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology Team. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can do more than administer Salesforce — you’ll work with stakeholders to understand business problems, design smart solutions and take them all the way from discovery through to delivery.

You’ll play a key role in how Salesforce supports our business, balancing day-to-day platform administration with solution design, project delivery, continuous improvement and mentoring other Salesforce Administrators.

What you’ll be doing:

- Owning day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, security, reports, dashboards, data quality and platform health
- Managing and resolving Salesforce support requests while looking beyond the immediate issue to identify opportunities for improvement
- Working directly with stakeholders to understand business problems, processes and desired outcomes
- Leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
- Designing and building scalable solutions using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, formulas, approvals, custom objects and other declarative tools
- Managing Salesforce projects from discovery and solution design through build, testing, UAT, deployment and post-release support
- Reviewing Salesforce solutions developed by other team members to ensure quality, maintainability and consistency
- Helping strengthen our Salesforce DevOps and release-management practices
- Supporting integrations, APIs, data migrations and other connected business platforms
- Creating clear solution, technical, process and user documentation
- Mentoring Salesforce Administrators and sharing knowledge across the Technology Team
- Continuously identifying ways Salesforce can reduce manual work, improve data quality and create a better user experience

We’re looking for someone with
- At least 4 years of demonstrated Salesforce experience, including senior administration or consulting responsibilities
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification or equivalent demonstrated capability
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation
- Proven experience taking Salesforce projects from discovery and requirements through build, UAT and deployment
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and confidently leading solution discussions
- Practical experience with Salesforce DevOps, source control, structured deployments or release-management tools
- Experience conducting peer reviews and applying Salesforce development standards
- Experience supporting integrations, data migrations or connected business systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to challenge a request and understand the real business problem before building a solution
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- A strong focus on quality, documentation, scalability and long-term maintainability

Highly regarded
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience with Gearset, Copado, Flosum, Salesforce DevOps Center or similar tools
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, outbound messages or native Salesforce integrations
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Sales Engagement, Experience Cloud, Agentforce or Data Cloud
- Experience mentoring Salesforce Administrators or helping improve technical standards across a team
- Experience working remotely with Australian, UK or US stakeholders
- Exposure to Agile delivery, Jira and Confluence

- You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions constructively and take ownership of your work from initial discovery through to delivery. You care about building solutions that are scalable, maintainable and genuinely useful, and you enjoy helping other team members strengthen their Salesforce capability along the way.
