JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing DTC wellness brand spending 7 figures/month on paid social. We need video editors who understand that every cut, every transition, every hook matters because it directly affects whether an ad makes money.

This is not a generic editing role. You will be editing direct response ads that drive revenue for a subscription-based nutraceutical brand. You work from pre-written scripts and visual direction provided by our creative strategist. You follow a structured production workflow in ClickUp.

What you do:

Edit 2+ high-quality direct response video ads per day. Work from completed scripts and visual direction. Create variations for each concept (hook swaps, visual swaps, audio swaps). Follow our editing SOP and production workflow in ClickUp. Use CapCut Pro or Premiere Pro. Work with AI video tools (HeyGen, Veo, Captions AI). Deliver by daily deadline.

What you need:

Experience editing short-form direct response video ads for DTC or e-commerce brands. Proficiency in CapCut Pro or Premiere Pro. Understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, and what makes an ad hold attention. You hit deadlines without being reminded. You care about quality. You can work 6 days/week.

Nice to have:

Experience editing for supplement, skincare, health, or wellness brands. AI video tool experience (HeyGen, Captions AI, Veo). Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

Compensation:

Paid trial to start. Base salary based on your experience and ask, plus performance bonuses for every ad you edit that becomes a winner. The better your work performs, the more you earn.
