We are a growing U.S.-based Home Services company looking for a professional, experienced, confident, and highly motivated fem
ale Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team long-term.

This is NOT a beginner VA position.

We are looking for someone who knows how to confidently handle customers, book appointments, manage schedules, follow up with leads, and help turn incoming and outgoing calls into booked jobs.

• Convert inquiries into BOOKED APPOINTMENTS
• Ask the right discovery questions
• Handle customer objections confidently
• Explain services and promotions clearly
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Optimize appointments by location and ZIP code
