JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel VA to handle new client account setups and ongoing technical updates for our growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Set up new client accounts in GoHighLevel using our existing templates and SOPs
- Configure workflows, calendars, custom fields, pipelines, users, automations, etc.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues inside client accounts
- Make updates to workflows and automations when requested
- Double-check every account before completion
- Complete new account setups within 12 hours of being assigned

Requirements:
- Previous GoHighLevel experience is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of GHL workflows, automations, calendars, pipelines and sub-accounts
- Able to troubleshoot GHL issues independently
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Responsive communication
- Able to follow SOPs exactly

We currently expect up to 10+ new account setups per week, plus occasional GHL maintenance and technical tasks.

There is significant room to grow with us, and this role has the potential to become full-time as our client volume increases.
