JOB OVERVIEW

URGENT HIRING – EXPERIENCED E-COMMERCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS (Part-Time | Remote)

We’re a fast-growing hair extensions brand based in Australia, and our team is expanding. We’re currently looking for an experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join us.

This role is strictly for candidates with proven experience in e-commerce and customer service. If you are a beginner or still in training, this role is not suitable.

Role Details:
• Part-time: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 7AM–12PM PH Time)
• Fully remote – must have your own work equipment and a stable internet connection
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised

Key Responsibilities:
• Admin support and order tracking
• Customer service (email and chat support)
• Attending Zoom check-ins
• Working within Shopify, Slack, Gorgias, Asana, and Shiphero

Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in e-commerce and customer service is a must
Someone resourceful who can find answers independently using the website, past tickets, and internal systems
Able to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks
Quick to learn, adaptable, and reliable
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Experience with Hair Extensions is a plus.
