Define Design ( ---------- ) owner is looking for an interior design and executive assistant to support the owner in design and various business start-ups. Open to both full time or part time fixed monthly pay arrangements.

Requirements:
- Require fluency in spoken and written English
- Must be a team player and enjoy working as a team
- Must be comfortable with multiple zoom video meetings a day and working together as a team via zoom screen sharing as if working together side-by-side in office. Must be comfortable with communication via messaging apps throughout the day.
- Must have interior design experience
- Must have experience using AI to generate images, photo realistic design concepts, and videos
- Must have own copy of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5
- Have experience with Zapier & AI rendering
- Full time (40 hours a week) or part time (20 hours a week) monthly fix salary; not hourly pay
- Pay expectation should be in line with your own country's pay expectation
- Need to be able to work for set hours between 8AM PST to 9PM PST, exact hour to be specified by applicant
- Must be comfortable with time tracker that takes screen shot that are used for billing to the company clients when needed, usually not looked at my management

I am a business owner doing business in a few areas: interior design, remodel, and real estate. I am looking for an interior design and executive level assistant with interior design expertise and admin and social media interest.

The assistant role is not a regular virtual assistant role but a dynamic one that growths with the business. The assistant is to be the right hand of the company owner and must have a ability to understand the business and know the unsaid needs of the business.

The person taking this role will be involved and learn all aspects of a business.

Primary role:
- Interior design, floor plans, 3D models, and construction documentations
- Material search and sourcing
- Design and Project Management
- Design - Contractor Engagements

Other roles and responsibilities:
- Airbnb rental management
- Zapier automation setups (Zapier is supposed to be automation tool for non-professional coders)
- Processes and operations
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Coordinate social media posts
- Social media engagements and management
- Wordpress website
- Manage company email accounts and email correspondence
- Schedule and appointment managements
- Customer follow up and billing
- Light bookkeeping
- Research information
- Maintain company's contact database and vendor list information
- Supports other office and administrative tasks such as data entry, document archive, form development, and process documentation

Qualification:
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Self-starter and proactive
- Experience with interior design, construction management, and digital marketing an asset
- Familiar with office admin and project management softwares such as Google sheets, google doc, Asana etc.
- Familiar with and have copy of AutoCad, SketchUp, and D5
- Have business acumen and interested in learning business operations
