The Keystone Men Community
I’m building The Keystone Men Community, a community for men who are ready to heal, grow, release old patterns, and become more fully themselves.

Our work centers around breathwork, embodiment, nervous-system awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth—helping men reconnect with themselves and show up with more presence, honesty, strength, and connection.
I’m looking for a part-time Content Creator & Digital Marketing Assistant who is excited about the mission and wants to help us grow.

The Role
My primary need is Instagram content creation.
I’ll provide most of the voice, ideas, teachings, recordings, and words. I need someone who can take that raw material and turn it into engaging, consistent content.

You’ll help with:
- Editing Reels and short-form video
- Creating hooks, subtitles, carousels, and graphics
- Repurposing longer recordings into multiple pieces of content
- Polishing captions while keeping my voice
- Scheduling and organizing content
- Helping track what resonates and improve what we're creating

As we grow, I’d also love your help with the digital marketing side of the business, including:
- Building landing pages and opt-in pages in Simplero
- Setting up simple funnels and automations
- Formatting and scheduling emails
- Creating lead magnets and signup flows
- Helping connect our Instagram content to offers, breathwork experiences, and the community

You do not need to already be an expert in Simplero. If you’re comfortable with technology, willing to learn, and have experience with similar marketing platforms, that works too.

Who I’m Looking For
I’d especially love to work with someone who feels personally connected to this mission.
Maybe you’re already interested in breathwork, men’s work, embodiment, emotional healing, relationships, masculinity, or personal growth.

You don't need to have it all figured out. This community is for men who are actively healing, growing, releasing, learning, and becoming.
Ideally, you’ll experience some of the breathwork and participate in the community yourself.
I want someone who wants to be part of what we're building—not just someone making posts from the outside.
I’m looking for someone creative, reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to take an idea and help turn it into something finished.
