Lifestyle & Event Recap Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented video editor who specializes in lifestyle, event recap, and cinematic short-form content.
We shoot events, lifestyle content, brand activations, and social media content and are looking for an editor we can work with consistently long-term.

What We’re Looking For..

You should be comfortable with:

Lifestyle & event recap videos
Fast-paced, music-driven edits
Instagram Reels / short-form content
Strong clip selection and storytelling
Beat syncing and music selection
Sound design
Smooth transitions
Color grading
Creating a polished, premium look

Test Edit:

For this application, I will include:

1 reference video showing the exact editing style we’re looking for
Raw footage for you to use

Please use the provided raw footage to create a 10–15 second test edit that matches the style, pacing, energy, and overall feel of the reference video as closely as possible.

This is an unpaid test edit and is only 10–15 seconds long.
We are specifically looking at your:

Clip selection
Pacing
Music & beat syncing
Transitions
Color grading
Overall creativity and ability to match the reference
If your test is a strong fit, we’re looking for someone we can bring on for consistent, long-term editing work.
