Think Acquisition is a business brokerage. We help business owners buy and sell businesses, and we specialise in the property industry: estate and letting agents, block management, surveying and holiday let management.
We are a team of five at present and we are growing. We are now looking for an experienced outreach or administration executive to join us.
??? ????
This role focuses on setting up outreach campaigns, dealing with inbound responses, booking meetings and updating CRMs.
You will prepare and run campaigns on behalf of our clients, look after the responses that come back, book the resulting meetings into our deal leads’ diaries, and keep our records accurate and current.
There is no cold calling and no selling. Your job is to open doors politely and professionally in our voice, then hand the conversation over to the deal lead. It is a role for someone who takes real satisfaction in accuracy, follow-through and a system that stays tidy.
???? ??? ???? ?? ?????
Preparing and running campaigns
- Preparing target data for each campaign: filtering, cleaning and checking contact lists before anything goes out
- Building campaigns to a set process, merging client and target details into approved templates so every piece is correctly personalised
- Proofreading everything thoroughly for spelling, formatting and merge errors before it is submitted
- Submitting all campaigns for director approval and launching only once they are signed off
- Keeping the outreach timetable up to date so the team always knows what has gone out and when
Managing responses
- Checking for inbound responses twice a day, morning and afternoon, and replying promptly
- Responding in a warm, professional tone: closing down a polite no, answering questions from those who want more information, and moving interested owners towards a meeting
- Working from our response guidance so replies stay consistent and on message
- Following up at set intervals and ahead of booked meetings
Appointment setting
- Booking meetings into the right deal lead’s diary, offering a choice of times across different days and within our booking rules
- Confirming the best contact details and gathering any useful background on the person
- Briefing the deal lead in writing so they go into every meeting prepared
- Records and reporting
- Updating the client CRM the same day a response comes in: status, date, method, notes and, where given, the reason behind a no
- Maintaining the shared call lists the wider team works from, and updating them regularly with outcomes
- Keeping reporting accurate enough that a client could look at it at any moment without warning

Essential:
- Proven experience in a comparable outreach, appointment setting, sales support or administration role. This is not an entry level position
- Meticulous attention to detail. You spot the missing merge field, the wrong company name or the odd stray capital before anyone else does
- Excellent written English and a natural, professional tone. You will be writing to business owners on our clients’ behalf
- Genuinely organised. You work from a process, finish what you start, and keep records current rather than catching up at the end of the week
- Comfortable with data: spreadsheets, CSV files, filtering and CRM systems
- Confident with outreach and CRM software, and quick to pick up systems that are new to you
- Happy to work within an approval process. Nothing goes out unchecked and nothing is improvised
- Discreet, with sound judgement. You will be handling confidential information about businesses and their owners
- Reliable and self-managing, with a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work
- Available to work UK hours, between 8am and 6pm UK time
???????, ??? ??? ?????????:
- Experience in the UK property sector: estate agency, lettings, block management, surveying or holiday let management
- Experience supporting a small team, where you are trusted to run your own workload
??????? ????????????
Type: Self-employed contractor, fully remote
Hours: 35.7 hours per week, worked between 8am and 6pm UK time
Start date: September/October
Onboarding: Interview process, short trial task & Skills test
