JOB OVERVIEW

Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote – Philippines (supporting US clients)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Employment Type: Permanent Position

We are a leading US-based eCommerce marketplace sales and technology company representing a diverse portfolio of over 1,500 manufacturer brands. With 9 US distribution facilities and more than 100,000 individual SKUs, we help brands succeed across major eCommerce marketplaces.

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing team. In this role, you will help produce high-quality visual content for eCommerce, digital marketing, and brand communications.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow established brand guidelines while creating clean, engaging, and effective visual materials.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Create and edit eCommerce product images, including Amazon listing images, infographics, lifestyle images, and Amazon A+ Content.
* Design promotional materials, product presentations, and other digital marketing assets.
* Edit, enhance, resize, crop, retouch, and prepare product photos for various platforms.
* Remove or replace backgrounds and perform basic to intermediate photo manipulation.
* Create clean and visually appealing product compositions using provided product images, brand assets, and design references.
* Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs and established brand guidelines.
* Ensure product details, colors, proportions, labels, logos, and other important elements remain accurate during image editing.
* Prepare multiple image sizes and layouts based on platform requirements and specifications.
* Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, colors, imagery, and overall brand presentation.
* Organize project files, working files, exported assets, and design resources properly.
* Make revisions based on feedback from senior designers, marketing team members, and clients.
* Perform quality checks before submitting final artwork, including dimensions, alignment, spelling, image quality, and product accuracy.
* Assist the creative team with other graphic design and production tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
* Familiarity with Canva and other design tools is an advantage.
* Experience or familiarity with AI image-generation and AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
* Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
* Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product images and brand guidelines.
* Ability to follow creative briefs and accept constructive feedback.
* Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and design workflows.

Experience in any of the following areas is an advantage:

* Product photo editing and retouching
* eCommerce graphic design
* Basic photo compositing and manipulation
* Product-focused lifestyle imagery
* Basic branding and digital marketing design

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

You do not need to know everything from day one. However, you should be comfortable receiving feedback, following instructions carefully, and continuously improving your design skills.

A strong portfolio demonstrating experience or potential in layout design, photo editing, product graphics, eCommerce design, or related creative work will be highly considered.
