JOB OVERVIEW

We run a faceless football training page on Instagram and TikTok and need a dedicated editor turning our scripts and voiceovers into 3 finished reels a day.

The format: 45-60 second voiceover over clips of players like Yamal, Messi, Mbappe and Bellingham, teaching one idea per video. Reference standard (study before applying): ---------- — opens on the player doing exactly what the hook says, cuts every 2-3 seconds, slow-mo on the key touch, word-synced captions with the big words in a second colour, comment keyword on screen at the end.

We supply, every day: the script (hook and players named), the voiceover MP3, and the comment keyword. You supply the footage and the edit.

Scope:
1. Source clips of the named players doing the specific thing the voiceover describes — a hook about dribbling gets a dribbling clip, not a celebration.
2. Sync cuts to the voiceover. Every new phrase gets a new clip. Nothing sits on screen longer than 3 seconds.
3. Word-synced captions, centred lower-third, bold sans-serif, keywords ("NEVER", "1 SECRET") highlighted in a second colour.
4. Voiceover always above the music. No intros, logos or watermarks.
5. Deliver MP4 + project file to Google Drive with the comment keyword held on screen for the last 3 seconds.

Volume: 3 videos a day, 6 days a week. Scripts and audio arrive daily; that day's 3 are due within 24 hours. Around 90 minutes each once you know the format.

Requirements: CapCut or Premiere Pro; good current football knowledge so you can find the right clip fast; portfolio with 3-5 short-form vertical examples (links, captioned work preferred); reliable internet; sustained output of 3 a day after the first week.

Paid test task: we send one script + voiceover; deliver the finished reel within 48 hours. We judge clip selection as much as editing. Paid regardless of outcome.

Pay: $5 per video, or $450/month at 3 a day. Rises based on editing quality after your first 20.

How to apply — video required:
Record a 60-90 second phone video (no editing needed) and paste the link (Drive, Loom or unlisted YouTube) in your application, covering:
1. Who you are and where you're based.
2. What the reference reel does in its first 4 seconds and how the captions are styled.
3. Three current players you follow and where you'd source clips of them.
4. Talk through one vertical video from your portfolio — software used, time taken.
5. Confirm you can do 3 a day at $5 per video, rising with quality.

Application filter: Start your written application with the word FORMULA, then tell us in one sentence which player the reference reel is about. Applications missing the video link, the portfolio links, or either filter will not be read.
