We're a children's e-commerce brand looking for a Content & Communications Writer to help build out our website content, blog, and email/social copy. Right now the priority is finishing a set of doll companion pages — educational, story-driven web pages that teach kids and parents about different cultures.

About the Role
This is a writing-led execution role, ~20 hrs/week, fully remote. You'll take briefs and follow an approved page template to write warm, informative content for a parent-and-child audience. No design skills needed — you're writing the words, not building the layout.

What You'll Do

Write companion page content in Shopify: cultural learning sections, "what to say to your child" prompts, holiday guides, activity ideas — following our established page structure
Draft blog posts and email/social copy from creative briefs
Research any cultural, historical, or product detail you're not already sure of before writing about it
Flag anything culturally sensitive for review rather than guessing — final sign-off on cultural content always comes from us
Keep ClickUp tasks and timesheets current in real time

What We're Looking For

Strong, warm English writing for a parent/child audience — this is the core skill
Comfortable working from a brief and an existing template without needing to invent structure
Some SEO or blog-writing background is a plus
Proactive communication — you flag delays and open questions before they become problems
Reliable, on-time delivery and invoicing
