REPSShield is a growing SaaS platform that helps real estate investors track their activities, organize supporting documentation, and maintain better records for Real Estate Professional Status and material participation.

What You’ll Do
Your primary goal will be to build awareness of REPSShield, drive qualified traffic to
Your responsibilities will include:
- Finding relevant Reddit communities,
- Writing thoughtful and genuinely helpful comments that answer questions and contribute value to the conversation.
- Creating educational posts when permitted by community rules.
- Mentioning or linking to REPSShield only when it is genuinely relevant and allowed by the community.
- Clearly disclosing your relationship with REPSShield whenever required or appropriate.
- Responding naturally to questions and follow-up comments.
- Tracking your posts, comments, links, free trials, and paid conversions.
- Sharing weekly results and identifying topics or communities generating the strongest engagement.
- Learning the basics of REPSShield so you can explain its value accurately.
This is not a copy-and-paste spamming role. You must be able to understand each conversation and write responses that sound natural, helpful, and specific to the person’s question.

Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Has strong written English and can communicate in a natural, conversational tone.
- Has experience engaging in
- Understands Reddit culture and can recognize when promotion is or is not appropriate.
- Has their own authentic
- Is comfortable using those accounts for transparent, professional community engagement.
- Can research unfamiliar real estate and tax-related topics before responding.
- Is dependable, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Can track activity and results in a shared spreadsheet.
- Is willing to learn about real estate investing, Real Estate Professional Status, and material participation.
Experience with SaaS marketing, affiliate marketing, real estate investing, or community management is helpful but not required.
Hours and Compensation
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Flexible working hours
- $4-5 USD per hour
- Additional performance bonuses with no fixed limit
For every new customer you directly convert into a paid subscription, you will receive the customer’s full first subscription payment as a one-time bonus:
- $10 bonus for each new Base-plan subscriber
- $30 bonus for each new Premium-plan subscriber
Conversions will be tracked using an assigned referral link or other agreed-upon attribution method. Bonuses are paid for verified new subscriptions after the customer’s first payment has successfully cleared and has not been refunded.
The more qualified customers you generate, the more you can earn.
