We are not looking for someone to fill a seat.

We are a Dutch company that went from zero to millions in revenue in a few years. We design and sell our own products under six brands: cookware, bathroom, sleep and home. Around 1.5 million units sold. Everything is designed in-house, made in our own China network, and shipped from our own warehouses.

Most of our Filipino team members have been with us since the beginning. That is not an a ---------- . We hire slowly, we hire carefully, and once you are in, we invest heavily in you.

We now need one more Product Developer to work directly with me on new products.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

===============================================

You join a product development team of four. You will work on products from the first sketch to the moment a customer opens the box.

Turn ideas, market gaps and customer complaints into real product concepts.

Model parts and assemblies in 3D CAD (Fusion 360 or SolidWorks).

Create technical drawings and specs our factories can build from.

Work with our engineers in Suzhou and Yancheng on samples, tolerances and quality.

Review samples, find what is wrong, and iterate until it is right.

Think about materials, cost, packaging, and how the product will survive shipping.

Kill your own bad ideas fast and move on to the next one.

You will not be doing one small task forever. Our products go from concept to market in weeks, not seasons. You will see your work in the real world quickly.

WORKING FROM HOME, AND COMING TO US

80 percent of the time you work from home. Your own setup, your own space, 9-5 Philippine time so you overlap with the team.

The other 20 percent is where it gets interesting.

We meet the Manila team in person on a regular basis.

I will fly you to our China office when a project needs you there: sample reviews, factory visits, working next to our engineers.

Within your first six months we will sit down together in person, in Manila or in China.

We arrange and pay for everything. Visa, flights, accommodation, food. It costs you nothing.

You do not need to have travelled before. You do not need to figure out the paperwork. That is our job.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

===============================================

We do not hire just anyone. Our standards before you get in are high, and they should be, because of how much we put into you afterwards.

REQUIRED:

Strong 3D CAD skills in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks. You can model parts and assemblies and produce drawings a factory can work from. Show us.

A background in industrial design, product design or mechanical engineering, or you taught yourself to the same level. We care about what you can do, not which school you went to.

Real interest in physical products. You are the kind of person who picks up an object and thinks about why it was made that way.

Good written and spoken English. You will be talking with Dutch and Chinese colleagues daily.

Reliable internet and a computer that can run CAD properly.

Willingness to travel abroad, with our full support.

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED:

Experience with injection moulding, casting, stamping or sheet metal.

Rendering skills such as KeyShot, Blender or Fusion render.

Experience talking directly with Chinese suppliers.

Anything you have designed and actually had made, even a personal project.

WHAT MATTERS MORE THAN YOUR CV:

You take ownership. When something is unclear, you ask. When something is broken, you say so. You do not wait to be told what to do next. You want to be good at this, not just employed.

THE OFFER

5 EUR per hour. Roughly 330 PHP per hour, around 58,000 PHP per month at current rates.

8 hours a day, 9-5 Philippine time, Monday to Friday.

Full-time and long-term. We are hiring for years, not for a project.

All travel, visa and accommodation costs covered by us.

Pay grows as your responsibility grows. This is the starting point, not the ceiling.
