JOB OVERVIEW

Join an established, long-term Amazon business. We have been operating for over 4 years and are building a stable remote team, not hiring for a short-term, high-turnover role. One of our current team members will reach 3 years with us this October.

We are an established US-focused Amazon online arbitrage business looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Amazon Product Researcher to join our remote team.

Your role will be to find profitable products from US online retailers and analyse them for resale on Amazon US.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who already understands US online arbitrage and can confidently assess leads using the relevant software and Amazon data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research profitable online-arbitrage products from US retailers every day
• Analyse potential products using Keepa and SellerAmp SAS
• Check sales rank, price history, offer count, estimated sales, competition, fees, ROI and profit margins
• Create and maintain accurate product-lead spreadsheets, including source links, buy cost, selling price, ROI, profit, BSR, seller count and relevant notes
• Identify and avoid restricted brands, gated products, hazmat items, IP-risk products, bundles and other unsuitable leads
• Look for discounts, cashback opportunities, retailer promotions and valid discount codes where relevant
• Stay up to date with Amazon policies, OA sourcing practices and retailer changes
• Consistently identify high-quality, buyable leads. As a general guide, strong researchers often submit around 5–10 suitable leads per day, but quality and purchase value matter more than raw lead volume
• Communicate clearly with the team and respond positively to feedback

PRODUCTS WE PREFER

We source across a range of categories, but our strongest areas generally include:

• Tools and home improvement
• Coffee and kitchen-related products
• Clothing and footwear
• Electronics and accessories
• Household and practical consumer products

We are generally not focused on beauty, and we do not usually prioritise toys and games. Experience sourcing in our preferred categories is a strong advantage.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 12 months of hands-on Amazon online-arbitrage product research experience for the US marketplace
• Fluent written and spoken English; this is essential for the role
• Strong working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp SAS
• Experience finding genuine OA leads from a broad range of retailer sites that meet our minimum criteria
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work carefully and independently
• Confidence using Google Sheets or Excel
• A reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection and professional work-from-home setup
• Willingness to use time-tracking software during working hours

Experience with cashback sites, retailer discount strategies and coupon finding is also highly valued.

PAY, BONUS AND GROWTH

Your starting base salary will be ₱30,000 per month.

We will carry out a performance and salary review within your first 3 months. Strong performance can lead to an increase in base salary.

In addition, we have a well-established monthly bonus scheme. It is already built, tested and available from your first day; it is not a promise for later. Full details of how it works can be discussed on a call.

Either option is acceptable. We would rather see a genuine sample of leads you have analysed than a long generic description of your process. Submitted demonstration leads are for assessment purposes and do not guarantee that we will purchase them.

1. How many years of Amazon online-arbitrage product research experience do you have, specifically for Amazon US?
2. Which product categories and US retailers do you have the most experience sourcing from? Please mention whether you have sourced in areas such as tools, home improvement, clothing, electronics, coffee, kitchen or household goods.
3. Which tools do you use for OA research and analysis? Keepa and SellerAmp SAS experience is required.
4. What daily lead volume and approval rate have you achieved in previous OA roles? Please briefly outline the checks you normally make before submitting a lead.
5. Are you currently working for another Amazon OA seller or sourcing agency? If so, please briefly explain whether there would be any conflict of interest.
6. Are you comfortable using time-tracking software, and when would you be available to start?
