JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing social media agency looking for a talented short-form video editor to edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and social media content for our clients.

We are specifically looking for someone who can closely replicate the editing style, pacing, captions, transitions, sound effects, B-roll, zooms, graphics, and overall feel of reference videos we provide.

Here are examples of the editing style we want:

You will receive organized raw footage and instructions/scripts. Your job is to turn the footage into polished, high-retention short-form videos.

What we need:

Strong Instagram Reels and TikTok editing experience
Fast-paced, modern editing
Dynamic captions/subtitles
B-roll placement
Sound effects and music
Punch-ins, zooms and camera movement
Motion graphics when appropriate
Color correction
Clean audio
Strong understanding of hooks and viewer retention
Ability to closely mimic reference videos
Ability to follow instructions and accept revisions
Fast and reliable communication

We are NOT looking for basic cut-and-caption editing. We want someone who understands current social media editing styles and knows how to make videos feel engaging and premium.
