JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to help me create social media content for nurse injectors and aesthetic/beauty brands, and a science brand.

This role is best for someone who already has a strong eye for clean, feminine, elevated branding and enjoys turning inspiration into polished social media content.

WHAT YOU'LL CREATE

For each client, you'll create 5 pieces of content per week:
- 2 Instagram carousels designed in Canva
- 3 short-form Reels edited from client-provided footage

I will provide the content direction, inspiration, brand guidelines, colors, fonts, examples, and overall aesthetic. You will be responsible for taking that direction and executing it beautifully and consistently.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design polished Instagram carousels in Canva
- Edit short-form Reels for Instagram
- Follow the inspiration and creative direction I provide
- Maintain each client's individual brand aesthetic
- Use brand fonts, colors, layouts, and visual guidelines consistently
- Organize completed content inside Notion
- Upload the editable Canva link for carousel posts into Notion
- Upload the final Reel to Google Photos/Drive and place the link inside Notion
- Keep content organized and correctly labeled
- Complete all weekly content on time
- Communicate clearly if you have questions or need additional assets

YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT IN
- Canva
- Notion
- Short-form video/Reel editing
- Google Drive/Google Photos
- Instagram content and current social media aesthetics

Experience with CapCut or another short-form video editing platform is a plus.

THE STYLE I'M LOOKING FOR

My clients are primarily nurse injectors and aesthetic professionals, so you should genuinely enjoy creating content that feels: elevated, clean, feminine, modern, luxury, cohesive, and professional without feeling boring.

I'm looking for someone who understands that good branding is more than adding text to a Canva template. You should be able to look at inspiration I provide and understand the feeling, layout, typography, pacing, and visual direction behind it without needing every tiny detail explained.

- Detail-oriented and very organized
- Reliable with weekly deadlines
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to maintain multiple different brand aesthetics without making every client look the same
- Someone who notices small things like spacing, font choices, alignment, video timing, text placement, and visual consistency

Most importantly, I want someone who takes pride in making content look beautiful.

SCHEDULE

This is an ongoing weekly position. Content will be created in batches. All 5 completed pieces should be uploaded and organized before Sunday posting, with the goal of having everything ready by Saturday whenever possible.

STARTING PAY & GROWTH

Starting pay is $25 USD per week for the first client and 5 pieces of content. This is a starting rate, not a permanent pay ceiling.

I am actively building and growing my client roster, and as I bring on more clients, there will be opportunities for:
- More weekly hours and content
- Additional client accounts
- Increased weekly pay
- Greater responsibility within the business
- Long-term growth as the company expands

My goal is to find someone reliable who can grow with me. If you consistently produce strong work, communicate well, and meet deadlines, I would love for this to become a larger and better-paid role as the business grows.

I'm looking for someone who is excited about building something long-term rather than only completing a few short-term projects.
