JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: $3/hour | Part-time to start (20 hrs/week), full-time for the right person | Long-term
I run a YouTube tutorial channel. I need someone to record their screen while following simple step-by-step instructions. NO editing, NO voiceover, NO talking, NO creative decisions. I send you a click-by-click shot list (example: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers → Set as default), you record your screen doing exactly those steps, and you upload the raw MP4 file. That's the whole job.
WHAT A NORMAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:
Receive 20–40 shot lists in a Google Sheet
Record each one (each recording takes 5–10 minutes)
Name the file correctly, upload to Google Drive, mark it done in the sheet
Expected pace after training: 30+ recordings per day
REQUIREMENTS (all mandatory):
A Windows 11 PC in good working order (most tutorials are Windows fixes)
An Android phone and/or iPhone you can screen-record (for app tutorials)
Internet speed 25 Mbps or faster (you will upload many MP4 files daily)
Free OBS Studio installed (or willing to install it — I will show you the settings)
You can read and follow written English instructions EXACTLY
Available at least 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, with a 30-minute daily overlap with [YOUR TIMEZONE] mornings
SCREENING TASK (do this BEFORE messaging me — applications without it are ignored):
1. Install OBS Studio (free) and set it to record your full screen at 1920x1080, 30fps, MP4 format, NO microphone.
2. Record your screen doing exactly this: Open Windows Settings → click Bluetooth & devices → click Printers & scanners → click Add device → then go back. Under 60 seconds.
3. Name the file TEST_YourFirstName_Printer.mp4 and upload it to any free file host (Google Drive link, etc.).
4. Send me: the file link, your internet speed (speedtest.net screenshot), your PC specs (processor + RAM), and the phones you own.
5. Tell me one thing you would do if a step in a shot list doesn't exist on your version of Windows. (There is a correct answer.)
BONUS POINTS: you already use OBS; you have two monitors; you have done YouTube or VA work before.
I pay weekly via PayPal/Crypto (USDT) and we can discuss on payment method. One-week paid trial at full rate, then long-term if you hit the daily quota with clean files. This is stable, boring, repeat work — perfect if you want reliable income without talking to anyone.
