JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help us improve the performance of our e-commerce store through data-driven testing and optimization.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience with A/B testing and CRO for e-commerce brands
• Strong track record of improving conversion rates, AOV, and overall store performance
• Ability to identify conversion bottlenecks and develop strong testing hypotheses
• Experience analyzing customer behavior, funnels, landing pages, and product pages
• Experience with CRO/A/B testing tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to clearly analyze test results and recommend next steps
• Strong understanding of DTC customer journeys and purchasing behavior
• Experience in the beauty/skincare niche is a big bonus

What you’ll be working on:
• CRO audits and identifying optimization opportunities
• Building and prioritizing an A/B testing roadmap
• Testing landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles, messaging, layouts, and other conversion elements
• Monitoring and analyzing test performance
• Turning test results into actionable insights
• Continuously developing new hypotheses based on data and customer behavior
