HighLevelPros is a US marketing agency. We work with retail shops — boutiques, salons, barbershops, auto shops, specialty and gift stores — and we get them one thing: more customers through the door.
We don't sell software. We don't sell "marketing." We sell results: past customers reactivated and coming back, missed calls turned into booked appointments, slow days filled, reviews that pull in new walk-ins. The shop owner keeps running their shop. We handle the rest.
Your job is to get those owners on the phone and book them for a call with our closer.
What you'll do
100+ outbound cold calls per day to retail businesses (we provide the leads and the dialing software)
Get past the front counter to the owner or decision maker
Open with the outcome, not a pitch — talk about their slow days, their empty chairs, their customer list sitting there doing nothing
Handle brush-offs and book the appointment
Log every call outcome and notes accurately
Report daily on dials, connects, and appointments set
What you need
Verifiable experience cold calling retail businesses in the US, Canada, AU, or UK
Neutral, clear English — shop owners have to understand you the first time
Someone who can talk to a small business owner like a person, not read a script at them
Thick skin. You will get hung up on. That's the job.
Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a USB headset
Availability during US business hours
Pay
Monthly base plus commission on every client that closes from your appointments. Top performers earn well above the base. We pay on time, every time, by [payment method].
HOW TO APPLY — read carefully, applications that skip a step get deleted
Start your application with the word RETAIL so I know you read this.
Then send me:
1. Your cold calling history. For each role: what were you selling, who were you calling (industry and country), how many dials a day, and your actual numbers — connects, appointments set, show rate. Be specific. "5 years of call center experience" tells me nothing.
2. A voice recording (2–3 minutes). Record yourself doing a live cold call to a retail shop owner. Pretend I own a hair salon and I answer the phone busy and annoyed. Your goal: get me talking about my slow weekdays and empty chairs, and book me for a 15-minute call with our team about filling them. Do the whole thing — including my objections and how you handle them. Upload to Google Drive or Loom and share the link.
3. Answer this in writing: You call a boutique. The person who answers says "the owner isn't here, send us an email." What do you say next, word for word?
4. Any real call recordings from past work, if you have them and are allowed to share.
I read every application that follows the instructions. Applications without the recording will not be reviewed.
