JOB OVERVIEW

# EXPERIENCED VIDEO EDITORS ONLY

**Previous experience is REQUIRED.**

You must already have **existing video work in your portfolio**.

If you do not include a portfolio with relevant video editing examples, **your application will not be reviewed.**

We are looking for a **reliable and fast Video Editor** to join our e-commerce team and create video creatives primarily for **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**.

This is not a role where you will be expected to come up with advertising concepts from scratch.

We already handle our **creative strategy, concepts, scripts, competitor research, and creative direction in-house**.

Your job is to take clear instructions and turn them into high-quality, attention-grabbing video ads.

## What You’ll Be Editing

The projects will vary.

You will work on formats such as:

* Short-form Meta Ads of approximately **15–30 seconds**
* Longer direct-response video creatives
* **1–2 minute VSLs**
* UGC-style advertisements
* Storytelling creatives
* Product-focused advertisements
* Variations of existing concepts and winning ads

The editing style and exact creative framework will be explained further during the hiring process.

## What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will receive instructions, concepts, and creative direction from our team.

Your responsibilities include:

* Editing video creatives based on our instructions
* Finding suitable **B-roll footage** based on the brief we provide
* Combining footage, B-roll, images, voiceovers, music, captions, and other assets
* Creating strong pacing that keeps viewers engaged
* Adding captions, transitions, sound effects, and other editing elements when required
* Using AI tools when needed as part of the creative production process
* Making revisions based on feedback
* Delivering projects within the agreed deadline

Most individual video tasks should be completed **within 24 hours**.

Normally, you should expect around **2–3 revision rounds** when necessary.

## Required Skills

You should be comfortable working with:

* **CapCut**
* **Higgsfield**
* Short-form social media video editing
* B-roll research and sourcing
* Direct-response / advertising-style video editing
* Fast-paced editing workflows
* English communication

Experience editing **Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other performance marketing creatives is strongly preferred.**

You do not need to speak Italian. Good English is enough.
