About us:
APAC Packaging Solutions is a fast-growing packaging company in Brisbane, Australia. We produce custom printed packaging — branded coffee cups, pizza boxes, bags, napkins and more — for cafes, restaurants and takeaway businesses across Australia. Design is at the heart of how we sell: every new customer gets a free mockup of their logo on our products within 24 hours, and your work is what wins the deal.

The role — part-time, approx. 20 hours per week:
-Creating realistic 3D mockups of packaging (cups, pizza boxes, bags, boxes) with customer logos — fast, clean, and impressive enough to close sales
-Preparing print-ready artwork: dielines, bleed, CMYK setup, files that go straight to manufacturers
-Revising artwork from customer feedback through to approval
-Assisting with other design work: social media graphics, ad creatives, flyers, brand assets

Important — how the hours work: mockup requests arrive daily and we promise customers a 24-hour turnaround, so this role needs a short check-in every weekday (Monday–Friday), not one or two long days per week. Roughly 3–4 hours per day, flexible on when within the day, as long as new requests are picked up daily and turnarounds are met. Please only apply if daily availability works for you.

What we're looking for:
Strong portfolio of packaging design and 3D product mockups (the #1 thing we'll judge — show us cups, boxes, bags, labels)
Expert Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D mockup capability (Adobe Dimension, Blender, KeyShot, or high-quality smart-object workflows)

Print production knowledge: dielines, bleed, CMYK vs RGB, vector vs raster

Fast turnaround mindset and reliable daily communication

Good written English, reliable internet, capable computer
