3D Rendering / Architectural Visualization Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | Residential Construction
Schondorf Enterprises is seeking a talented 3D Rendering and Architectural Visualization Specialist to create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renderings for residential construction projects for a Design Build firm in California.

You will receive all the CAD / Sketchup files and support, along with references of the materials so that you can focus on creating the best renderings without losing much time.

This position is a retainer position, where you’re expected to be on hand to complete the projects as they come in. You will get paid ₱8,700 every week (Friday) via Wise. Some weeks will have more work and others will have less work. We can evaluate as we progress.

Responsibilities
Produce photorealistic interior and exterior architectural renderings
Translate architectural drawings, 3D models, and design concepts into compelling visuals
Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and environmental details
Incorporate feedback and complete revisions accurately
Manage multiple assignments while meeting agreed-upon deadlines
Communicate clearly and collaborate remotely with our team

Qualifications
Strong architectural rendering and visualization skills
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential interior and exterior work
Proficiency with software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, D5 Render, 3ds Max, Corona, or comparable tools
Ability to read and work from architectural drawings and design documentation
Excellent eye for composition, lighting, materials, textures, and realistic detail
Reliable, organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
Experience with U.S. residential construction projects is preferred
