JOB OVERVIEW

Social Media Content, Marketing & Video Creator

HSA is seeking a creative, dependable, and marketing-minded professional to join our internal marketing team. This is a fully remote position with a U.S.-based, woman-owned sign manufacturing company.

HSA serves government agencies, e-commerce customers, businesses, and local clients through custom sign manufacturing and installation services.

Key Responsibilities

* Create professional social media graphics, videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content
* Edit product videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and marketing campaigns
* Develop content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales
* Write captions, headlines, calls to action, and basic marketing copy
* Schedule, publish, and help manage content across multiple platforms
* Repurpose content into the appropriate format for each platform
* Assist with Pinterest content and blog creation
* Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual quality
* Help organize the marketing calendar and meet content deadlines
* Work closely with HSA’s internal marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
* Review content performance and help improve future marketing efforts

Required Skills

* Ability to follow brand guidelines and detailed instructions
* Strong attention to detail
* Good time-management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Reliable computer and internet connection

Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar graphic-design and video-editing software is required

Compensation and Work Requirements

* Starting pay: $3.00 USD per hour
* Hours are 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM PHP time
* Paid weekly through Wise
* Remote work
* Time tracking and proof of work are required
* NDA and independent contractor agreement are required
* All work, files, designs, videos, and marketing materials created for HSA must remain confidential and become the property of HSA
* Consistent communication and dependable attendance are required
