TB Legacy Content is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join the company long term!

We are a ghostwriting business. We create social media content (mainly on X and LinkedIn) for business owners and have helped our clients generate millions of views and tens of thousands of followers.

What you’ll do:

You’ll initially help with:

• Scheduling client content
• Preparing weekly performance updates and monthly reports
• Clipping videos
• Sending LinkedIn connection requests and DMs
• Building and organizing lead lists
• Supporting the owner and our clients with administrative tasks

Your role and responsibilities will grow over time.

You’re a strong fit if you can:

• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
• Transfer and organize data accurately
• Build and scrape lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Send connection requests and DMs for clients

Experience with Notion is a plus.

I’m looking for someone who wants a stable, secure, long-term position.

You will typically work from 7am–3pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, as a full-time contractor. These will be your standard hours, but you should be open to occasional schedule adjustments with advance notice.
