JOB OVERVIEW

I run a marketing agency that manages Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for clients, and I'm looking for a dedicated assistant to become my right hand as the business grows.

This starts as a support role but has real room to grow into a full partnership. If you're reliable, sharp, and in it for the long haul, this is a position you can build a career around — not a one-off gig.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and communicating with our existing clients — being their main point of contact, sending updates, answering questions, and keeping them happy
Helping manage Meta ad campaigns (setup, monitoring, and optimization inside Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager)
Onboarding new clients — intake, kickoff, account setup, and making sure their first experience with us is smooth
General admin and coordination — scheduling, reporting, organizing tasks, and keeping things running behind the scenes

Who I'm looking for:

Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) — you'll be client-facing every day
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite
Someone organized, proactive, and genuinely good with people
Individual freelancers only — no agencies or teams
Able to structure your working day around our schedule so we can collaborate properly throughout the day (I'm in the Central European time zone)
This is a full-time, exclusive role — I'm looking for someone who works only with me during our working hours, not juggling multiple clients

The offer:

We start at $1,000/month
Long-term, stable, full-time position with room to grow alongside the business

Sunday isn't a working day, and Saturday is a half working day.

6-8 hours per day.
