JOB OVERVIEW

WE’RE HIRING IN THE PHILIPPINES!

MyHOUSE Sports Gear is a U.S.-based sportswear company specializing in custom sublimated uniforms and apparel. We are building a talented production team in the Philippines and are currently hiring for two positions:

1. VECTOR GRAPHIC ARTISTS

Responsibilities:

* Re-create AI-generated designs as clean, production-ready vector artwork
* Prepare sublimation layouts for sports uniforms and apparel
* Create accurate artwork using garment templates
* Make revisions based on customer feedback
* Prepare properly organized files for production

Requirements:

* Experience with sublimation sportswear and apparel layouts
* Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar vector software
* Ability to accurately redraw AI-generated images and logos
* Understanding of colors, layers, sizing, bleeds, and print-ready artwork
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
* Must have your own computer and professional design software
* Must have reliable, high-speed internet
* Must be available for video meetings
* Must be able to communicate clearly in English
* A portfolio of relevant vector and sublimation work is required

2. GRAPHIC DESIGN TEAM MANAGER

We are also seeking an experienced manager to oversee our Philippines-based graphic design team.

Responsibilities:

* Assign and monitor daily design projects
* Review artwork for quality and production accuracy
* Communicate with our U.S.-based team
* Train and support graphic artists
* Manage deadlines, revisions, and workflow
* Ensure all files meet sublimation production standards

Manager Requirements:

* Previous experience managing a graphic design or production-art team
* Strong knowledge of sublimation sportswear and vector artwork
* Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills
* Must speak and write English clearly
* Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet
* Must be available for regular video meetings
