Job Title: Team Leader - End User
Full-time 9 AM to 5 PM EST Mondays - Fridays
Rate: $5/hour + perks and beneffits - salary is bi-weekly

Job Description:
The Team Leader oversees the day-to-day activities of the tech division, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They should be the most-involved member of management when it comes to department operations. The team leader is also a subject-matter expert in the End User Department involving Microsoft 365,Microsoft Teams,SharePoint,OneDrive,Outlook,Autotask PSA / Ticketing System,Datto RMM,End User troubleshooting and technical escalations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversees addition of new clients to their department. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and keep up with industry trends. * Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed. * Foster a positive and motivated work environment to enhance team morale and productivity. Review technician timesheets on a frequent basis to ensure FOS timekeeping standards are met. Alongside the Customer Service team, TLs will ensure that their team meets service level agreements (SLAs) and responds promptly to user inquiries and issues. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload. Provide resolution for escalated technical issues, and provide guidance to the team on complex problems as needed. Facilitating effective communication within the team. Guide and mentor new hires and new additions to the team as needed. Plan and design service and hardware deployments Identify training needs and support the continuous development of team members. Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Work with third-party vendors Perform integrations of new services into existing service infrastructure Respond to requests for proposals Create sites and organizations in supported cloud platforms, tenants, etc., and grant access to these sites based on internal requests from the team. Ensure that work is evenly distributed among team members and that no one is overloaded or underutilized. Regularly check in with team members about their job satisfaction and address any issues or concerns they may have. Understand the career aspirations of each team member and provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in IT or a related field, OR 2-4 years of experience in IT, or a related field. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and driving operational improvements. Skilled in managing client relationships and ensuring SLA compliance. Proficient in tracking performance and mitigating operational risks. Experienced in overseeing operations and aligning strategies with goals. 2-4 years experience in technical support

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
