JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to help grow the online presence of our fast-growing exterior home improvement company.

You will help manage our social media presence, organize content, publish posts, monitor engagement, and identify opportunities to grow our audience.

Responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts
Schedule and publish content
Write engaging captions
Research relevant content trends
Monitor comments and messages
Track content performance
Maintain a consistent brand voice
Coordinate with our video and content team
Develop content ideas
Monitor competitors and industry trends
Provide regular performance updates
Recommend ways to improve engagement and reach
Requirements
Previous social media management experience
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook
Good written English
Organized and dependable
Creative and proactive
Comfortable using scheduling and analytics tools
Basic Canva skills are a plus
Ability to work independently
