JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating the marketing team in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and campaigns. This role ensures that marketing activities align with the company’s goals, strengthen brand awareness, engage target customers, and contribute to business growth.

* Successfully built and managed a Philippine promotion team of 20 or more.
* Can provide anonymized performance reports or relevant case studies.
* Has active and verifiable local channel relationships.
* Has experience scaling from controlled testing to larger acquisition volume.
* Combines acquisition, community, affiliate and team-management experience.
* Understands responsible gaming, data privacy and relevant Philippine compliance obligations.
* Can recruit the first 5–10 qualified promoters shortly after joining.
