JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are a fast-growing exterior home services company in the U.S. We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing team.

This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in accurate work, stays organized, and can work independently without constant supervision.

Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Entering and updating customer information accurately in HubSpot
Maintaining and organizing customer records
Updating contact information, notes, tasks, and job details
Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
Cleaning and correcting outdated or duplicate information
Updating CRM records based on information received from our team
Entering leads and customer information into HubSpot
Maintaining accurate lead and customer statuses
Organizing and updating spreadsheets
Transferring information between systems when needed
Reviewing records and identifying missing information
Following established data entry processes and procedures
Keeping CRM information organized and up to date
Performing online research to verify information when necessary
Preparing basic reports and lists
Supporting our administrative and operations team with data-related tasks
Completing other data entry and administrative tasks as needed
HubSpot Experience Required
Previous HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.

You should be comfortable with tasks such as:

Contacts
Companies
Deals
Properties
Notes
Tasks
Lists
Contact management
Data organization
CRM updates
If you have experience using HubSpot for a home services, construction, painting, roofing, or similar company, that is a major plus.
