We are hiring appointment setters for a high-ticket dating coaching brand for men.

Your job is to contact warm leads from our email subscriber list, qualify them, and book them onto a CEO Strategy Call with the head coach.

This is not cold calling. You will be working through a warm list of 9,000+ subscribers who have already opted in and expressed interest. Scripts, training, and lead information will be fully provided.

Your responsibilities:
* Call and text warm leads from our subscriber list daily
* Follow the provided script naturally — not robotically
* Qualify leads based on their income, goal, and willingness to invest
* Book qualified leads onto the calendar for a CEO Strategy Call
* Send confirmation texts and follow up with leads who don't respond
* Call leads 1 hour before their scheduled call to confirm attendance
* Keep lead notes organized and report daily on calls made, bookings, and no-shows
* Handle basic objections using the provided script

What makes a qualified lead:
* Has a specific dating goal they want to solve
* Currently employed with a steady income
* Open and able to invest in reaching their goals

We are looking for someone who:
* Has a warm, confident, and natural speaking voice in English
* Is comfortable making phone calls and sending texts daily
* Can have genuine conversations without sounding scripted
* Handles rejection professionally and moves on without losing momentum
* Is organized, reliable, and consistent
* Has appointment setting, customer service, or sales experience (preferred)
* Is available during US Eastern Time business hours
