JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule appointments for our life insurance agency. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

* Call warm leads provided by our company
* Follow a proven appointment-setting script
* Schedule qualified appointments directly into our calendar
* Update lead statuses and notes in our CRM
* Send follow-up text messages when needed
* Maintain consistent daily call activity
* Meet weekly appointment-setting goals

Requirements

* Excellent English speaking skills with clear pronunciation
* Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or cold calling preferred
* Comfortable making 200+ outbound dials per day
* Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
* Computer with headset
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Experience using dialers and CRM systems is a plus (e.g., GoHighLevel?, Planet Altig?, RingCentral?)
