JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced California Transaction Coordinator (Remote)

Full-time | Long-term
We need an experienced California TC who can run files from accepted offer to close with little supervision.

You will:

Coordinate CA buyer and seller files end to end
Manage CAR forms and CA disclosures (RPA, SPQ, TDS, AVID, NHD, HOA, etc.)
Track escrow, title, lender, and contingency deadlines
Follow up with agents, escrow, title, and vendors
Keep files complete, organized, and on time
Use our transaction system (Open to Close, AFrame a plus)

Must have:

2+ years coordinating California transactions
Strong knowledge of CA timelines and disclosures
Excellent written English
Reliable internet and U.S. hours overlap (Pacific preferred)
