AI Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Salary TBD

We are hiring a reliable, creative, and highly organized AI Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on production and social media management position. We manage multiple client brands, and we need someone who can consistently create high-quality content, follow established brand guidelines, meet deadlines, communicate throughout the workday, and manage assigned social media accounts.

This is not a freelance or per-project position. We are looking for a dependable team member who is available and working during their scheduled 40 hours each week.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Image Creation

You will create professional, realistic AI-generated images for client brands.

You must be able to:

* Create high-quality, photorealistic AI images using client reference photos
* Maintain accurate facial identity, skin tone, body shape, and proportions
* Create professional poses, outfits, environments, and branded concepts
* Follow reference and inspiration photos without unnecessarily copying them
* Identify and correct common AI issues such as distorted faces, hands, body proportions, clothing, accessories, and backgrounds
* Make revisions based on feedback
* Produce images that are polished enough for professional business and social media use

Experience with platforms such as **Higgsfield or similar AI image-generation tools** is strongly preferred.

Social Media Content Creation

You will create branded Instagram content for multiple businesses.

Content may include:

* Educational graphics
* Branded posts
* Promotional graphics
* Client result posts
* Testimonials
* Carousels
* Credit education content
* Engagement posts
* Announcements and offers
* Other content based on the monthly strategy provided

You must be able to take an existing brand and follow its established visual identity rather than redesigning it based on your personal preferences.

This includes following the correct:

* Brand colors
* Fonts
* Logos
* Layout/style
* Image direction
* Brand voice
* Content strategy

Strong Canva/Designskills are required.

Social Media Management

In addition to creating content, you will assist with the day-to-day management of client social media accounts.

Responsibilities may include:

* Organizing monthly content
* Preparing posts for publishing
* Writing or formatting captions based on provided brand direction
* Scheduling and publishing content
* Ensuring the correct caption, graphic, CTA, disclaimer, and client information are used
* Keeping client accounts consistent with their approved content calendar
* Tracking completed and outstanding content
* Making sure scheduled content is ready before deadlines
* Reviewing posts for errors before publishing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who is:

Reliable.If you are scheduled to work, you are expected to be available and completing work.

Responsive. Communication is extremely important. You must respond to messages and provide updates during working hours.

Fast but detail-oriented. We manage multiple clients and need someone who can produce content efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Able to follow instructions. If a template, brand style, reference image, font, color, or specific direction is provided, it needs to be followed accurately.

Organized. You will be working on multiple client accounts at the same time. You must be able to keep deliverables organized and know what is due without constantly being reminded.

Proactive. We do not want to continuously ask whether work has been started or completed. You should review your responsibilities, manage your workload, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.

Open to feedback. Revisions are part of creative work. You must be able to receive feedback professionally and make corrections quickly.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Applicants should have experience with:

* Canva
* AI image generation
* Social media content creation
* Instagram
* Graphic design/layout
* Content scheduling and organization
* Working with brand guidelines
* Managing multiple projects or client accounts
* Strong written communication
* Basic caption writing and proofreading

Experience with Higgsfield, AI photography, AI video creation, content management, or working with a marketing/branding agency is a major plus.

WORK EXPECTATIONS

Position: Full-Time Employee
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: TBD based on experience and skill level

You must have reliable internet access and a computer capable of handling the required platforms.

During scheduled working hours, you are expected to be actively available for work and communication.

Missing shifts, disappearing during work hours, repeatedly missing deadlines, or failing to communicate will not work for this position.

Because we manage client accounts, deadlines matter. Clients are expecting their content, so consistency and accountability are essential.
