JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and confident Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact homeowners who have shown interest in home remodeling services.

Your main responsibility will be calling leads, having professional conversations, qualifying their remodeling needs, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with clear and easily understood pronunciation

Strong phone communication and sales skills

Confident, friendly, professional personality

Comfortable making outbound calls

Reliable internet and a quiet working environment

Must be available to make calls during Texas / Central Time business hours

Previous cold calling, appointment setting, real estate, home improvement, or sales experience is preferred


Schedule:
Calls will be made during Texas Central Time. Preferred calling windows are approximately 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM Central Time.

Compensation:

$5 USD per hour

PLUS $15 bonus for every qualified appointment that actually takes place


A qualified appointment means the homeowner has a genuine remodeling project, understands why the appointment is being scheduled, and attends the scheduled consultation.

We are looking for someone who can potentially work with us long term and grow with the role.
