JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator to support the ongoing creative needs of a growing sports and eCommerce brand.

This role is ideal for a versatile designer who is equally comfortable developing polished static graphics and producing engaging short-form video content. You will work across digital marketing, social media, eCommerce, product launches, partnerships, and other brand initiatives.

Previous experience working with sports, pickleball, fitness, lifestyle, or consumer product brands is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
* Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital advertising, email, and website campaigns
* Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
* Develop infographics, educational graphics, and product-focused content
* Create website banners, promotional graphics, and eCommerce assets
* Support new product launches with cohesive campaign creative
* Edit and enhance product, lifestyle, athlete, and event imagery
* Repurpose existing photo and video assets into engaging marketing content
* Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials
* Adapt creative for different platforms, dimensions, and campaign requirements
* Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts and campaign objectives into effective visual content
* Organize creative files and maintain efficient project workflows
* Manage multiple creative requests while consistently meeting deadlines

Qualifications
* Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design and digital content creation
* Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and video work
* Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and brand consistency
* Experience editing short-form social and promotional video
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable professional design software
* Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
* Ability to work within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong written English and professional communication skills
* Reliable internet connection

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
