JOB OVERVIEW

Bilingual English/Spanish Appointment Setter for U.S. Medical Spa – Long-Term

We are looking for an experienced bilingual English/Spanish appointment setter to handle inbound leads and appointment follow-up for a U.S.-based luxury medical aesthetics business.

We strongly prefer candidates located in Venezuela, Colombia or Latin America who have excellent spoken English and experience communicating with American customers.

This is an ongoing position for someone who is professional, persuasive, organized and excellent on the phone.

Hours
Preferred coverage:

Approximately 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time, USA

Approximately 5–6 hours per day depending on lead volume.

Weekend availability is preferred.

The primary goal is to provide late-afternoon and evening coverage while our daytime appointment setter is off shift.

Compensation
$4–$5 USD/hour depending on experience and spoken English quality

Plus performance incentives based on qualified appointments that actually attend.

This is intended to become a long-term relationship with opportunities for increased compensation based on performance.

Responsibilities
You will:

Contact inbound leads from Facebook and Instagram
Call leads quickly after they inquire
Answer incoming calls during your shift
Follow up with leads through phone and messaging
Speak with both English- and Spanish-speaking prospects
Explain offers and promotions clearly
Qualify leads
Book appointments
Confirm appointments
Recover cancellations and no-shows
Re-engage older leads
Update CRM notes accurately
Follow established scripts while still sounding natural
Handle objections and move prospects toward booking
Help maintain a full appointment calendar
Requirements
You must have:

Fluent or near-fluent English
Fluent Spanish
Neutral, clear English accent
Strong telephone communication skills
Appointment-setting, sales or call-center experience
Experience speaking with U.S. customers
Confidence handling objections
Excellent follow-up skills
Reliable internet connection
Professional headset
Quiet workspace
Ability to work Eastern Time
Strong reliability and punctuality

We will evaluate how naturally you establish rapport, overcome the objection and move the prospect toward an appointment.

We are looking for someone who sounds confident, friendly and polished rather than robotic or overly scripted.
